 
This theme aims at strengthening international as well as inter-regional cooperation among European countries and regions by promoting innovation policies, dialogue and solidarity. Research projects focus on development of partnership networks and exchange of know-how in political, economic, social and cultural fields. The projects underline the importance of democratic Europe close to the citizens and call upon the creation of platform for countries and regions to learn from each other.
